Delivery

Orders placed before noon on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as stated on the relevant product page.

Please make sure that the delivery address you give is attended 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays) so that delivery can be made. A signature will be required on delivery of most items. Before signing for a delivery, please ensure that you check all items in your order thoroughly for any visible signs of damage.

Delivery charges vary according to size and/or weight of product and destination. You will be advised of delivery charges during the checkout procedure.

The expected shipping time for your chosen products will be highlighted on the individual product pages for you to see before you place your order. Should there be any changes to these timings, our Customer Services Department will contact you to advise you of the revised delivery date. If the new date is unacceptable to you, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
