Making a Purchase with Click Sports
Making a purchase with Click Sports is very straightforward:
- Simply browse our store, and when you have decided what you want to buy, simply click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button, remembering to select any appropriate size/colour/quantity options.
- Once you have done this, your items will be placed in your ‘Shopping Basket’, which appears at the top right-hand corner of the website.
- When you have finished shopping, simply click on ‘View Basket’ next to the shopping basket and you will be taken to a page displaying the contents of your basket. At this point you will have the option to change or remove the products that are in there.
- Once you are happy with what is in your basket, simply enter your postcode and the carriage cost will be calculated and added to the total price.
- If you are happy with your order, simply enter any promotional codes that you may have, then ‘Choose your Checkout’.
Choosing your Checkout
Click Sports offers two methods of paying for your goods.
Both checkout methods are secure and allow you to specify the billing and delivery addresses. Both also accept the same types of credit/debit cards.
Click Sports Checkout is a straight forward payment process.
- Firstly, you will be asked to enter your contact details and the address you would like your goods delivered to.
- Next, you will be asked to enter the billing address of your payment card.
- Once you have confirmed these details are correct, you will be taken to our secure payment pages where you will be able to pay for your goods.
- After your payment card details have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
A Google Checkout account allows you to shop securely and quickly at Click Sports and at any other website that displays the Google Checkout logo.
Google will never share your card details with any merchants so you can be assured that shopping will be safe when using Google Checkout.
- If you don't have a Google Checkout account, by simply clicking on the Google Checkout logo you can sign up for an account at the same time as paying for your goods. The process is secure, quick and simple.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Google and will be able to log into your Google Checkout account to check the status of your order.
- If you have a Google Checkout account already, you can complete the checkout process in as little as two mouse clicks.
Payment
Please note that all of the prices on the website include VAT.
We accept all of the major credit cards as methods of payment.
Most of our items will be charged for once they are despatched. However some items, particularly those that are delivered directly from our suppliers, may be charged for at the time the order is placed.
There is no need to worry about paying by credit card through our site. Our payment service providers are recognised by all of the major UK banks, and our pages are secured with 128-bit encryption. This makes for a very safe system, of which no reports of fraud have been reported.
